I bring almost 20 years of experience across healthcare, marketing, and operations—helping organizations turn strategy into execution. I’ve worked across health systems, agencies, and cross-functional teams, where complexity is the norm and clarity is often missing.

I don’t just advise on the “what” and “why.” I step in to lead the “how”, aligning teams, defining ownership, and building the operational structure required to deliver consistently. From campaign execution to enterprise initiatives, my focus is always the same: create systems that actually work in the real world.

  • “Fractional” means you get executive-level operations leadership without hiring a full-time VP or COO. I step in part-time or on a project basis, giving your business access to high-level strategy, structure, and systems—without the overhead of a full-time salary.

  • Not quite. A consultant typically advises and provides recommendations, while a fractional leader executes alongside your team. I don’t just tell you what to do, I help you get it done. Fractional leaders will drive implementation, adoption, and embed change so your team can sustain success long after our engagement ends.

  • Pricing depends on the type and length of engagement:

    Operational Audits start at $500, and vary based on size and scope of the organization. Audits can include a full or partial assessment of your organization and roadmap.

    Fractional Leadership is scoped by time commitment and deliverables. Typical engagements start at $2500 per month and vary based on the size and complexity of the organization.

    Program- or Project-Based Consulting is scoped by time commitment and deliverables. Typical engagements start at $350 per hour and vary based on the size and complexity of the organization.

    After your Strategy Call, you’ll receive a proposal outlining investment, timelines, and payment schedule. Most clients choose a monthly retainer or project-based structure.

  • Typically within 2–4 weeks after your Strategy Call, depending on scope and capacity. If you need to move faster, I’ll do my best to accommodate urgent engagements.

  • Yes. I’ve worked with 10-350+ person agencies, and local, state and regional healthcare organizations. My framework scales to your stage of growth, whether you’re building foundational systems or managing change across departments.

  • That’s okay. Start with an Operation Audit or download one of my free resources to uncover where your systems may be breaking down. Many clients begin with a short-term engagement before moving into fractional support.

  • Most range from 3 to 12 months, depending on your goals. My focus is building systems that last, so we work together long enough to create clarity, align your team, and embed new ways of working that stick.

  • Yes. For leaders who need a targeted solution, a workflow redesign, SOP cleanup, or adoption plan, I offer short-term project consulting or workshops. These are great options if you want quick wins or internal team enablement.
